How do I tie these shoes?

Okay, I got a new pair of shoes at DSW yesterday. I accidently untied them when I was walking. I can’t tie them again. The brand is…Zigisoho or Zigi Soho. The label says the are called Cruisers. The laces are sorta leather-ish. But anyway, 1 lace is REALLY short and 1 is REALLY long. theres no way to pull it through so they’re even. There is SOME way to tie it, cuz 1 was tied, I just don’t know how…lol.

maybe you tie the long one around your ankle and fasten them together that way? dunno but i had shoes that were like that
